Why do you play?
I play because i love the game and i love my team.
Why are you a goalie?
I am a goalie because my older brothers needed someone to shoot on when we were young so they put me in the net and i ended up liking it.
How important is the goalie position?
The goalie position is incredibly important for several reasons. A goalie can help to lead and direct the defense as well as help their entire team maintain a positive mentality by displaying confidence throughout the game. They are also the last line of defense.
Any advice for aspiring goalies?
The mental game is just as important as the physical, if not more. Stay calm and focus on the present.
