Brief Bio

John Brubaker joined the St. Andrews athletic staff as head coach of the men’s lacrosse program in September of 2001.

In his first season at the helm, Brubaker led the Knights to a second place finish in both the Deep South Conference regular season standings and tournament, the first NCAA Final Four appearance in program history, and a No. 7 national ranking in Division II, earning Deep South Conference Coach of the Year honors for his efforts.

When two teams of equal talent and ability meet in the playoffs; the team with the hot goalie almost always comes out on top.
