Brief Bio

“Jan Hathorn enters her 15th year as the head of Washington and Lee's women's lacrosse program having tasted nothing but success.
Hathorn has directed the program since its inception in the spring of 1988. Her skill at developing programs is evidenced by her work at W&L, which reached pinnacles in 1993, 1998 and 2001 with appearances in the NCAA Division III Tournament. Her career record stands at 201-93 (.684) entering the 2003 season.”
