Why do you play?
Because I think its the best sport on earth, and it was my best
chance to play a sport at the D1 level. |
Why are you a goalie?
Because I love to have the spotlight/pressure on me. I want to be
the one player on the field that everyone notices - whether I've
played well or awful. |
How important is the
goalie position?
It's the most important position in the sport. When a goalie's hot,
he can change the entire game...same when he's cold. |
Any advice for aspiring
goalies?
Work hard all the time, especially on an area in which you notice
a weakness. Also, go to as many camps in the summer time as possible.
Finally, watch lacrosse, especially at a high level- the more you
surround yourself with the sport, the more you will understand its
nuances. |
Quote regarding the
goalie position
Being a champion means never having to give excuses. |
