Why do you play?
I play lacrosse because I have a passion for it. It has taught me
so many things throughout my career that I will be able to use later
on in life. |
Why are you a goalie?
I love being a part of the action. The goalie position is the most
demanding on the field, but is often times the most rewarding. |
How important is the
goalie position?
The goalie position is vital to any team. The goalie is the anchor
of the defensive unit and also the vocal leader for her team. She
has the ability to see all of the action on the field which makes
her an excellent asset for the team. |
Any advice for aspiring
goalies?
The goalie position can be extremely demanding and stressful but
it is important to remember to never let your frustrations show
to the opponent. Keep in mind that you are out there to have fun,
and you should enjoy every minute of it. Don't let the little things
ruin the big picture. |
Quote regarding the
goalie position
The goalie position is the most rewarding on the field. Although
it can be stressful and intense at times, I would not trade it for
any other position. |
